Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Department: Operations
Reports To: Director of Field Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Responsible for coordinating with various departments such, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the quality of workmanship is being met by Field Operatives at CGL standards by performing the following duties. Also working with side vendors both union and non-union overseeing the installation. Ability to manage projects from $10,000 to $1 million+.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Manages all aspects of field operations.*
- Responsible for profitability of all projects assigned.
- Schedules need man power for ongoing projects with Director of Field Operations on a weekly basis.*
- Project manages ongoing CGL related projects both with CGL installation team and subcontractors*
- Responsible for all written communication within the project
- Supports Service and Engineering Department with local and remote assistance.*
- Travels to local job sites and ensures CGL standard operating procedures and safety procedures are met.* As well develop the move forward standards.
- Responsible for phone support to service and installation team members.*
- Manages all aspects of field operations.*
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages multiple teams and subcontractors and is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of these teams. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and various access control software such as CCure 9000, S2, FCWNX, and CCure 800.
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree (A.A. /A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training:
FCWNX Software House, S2 Access
Certificates and Licenses:
D license in low voltage is desirable but not required.
